Dear Maven Central users. 

This groupid has a long story. Many subfolders exist, but in 2018 
Apache NetBeans started publishing artefacts in the following groups,
and they are reserved for Apache NetBeans releases starting with version RELEASE90.
The groupid netbeans.org belongs to ASF.

List of the groupids under control of Apache NetBeans PMC:

org.netbeans.html 
org.netbeans.external 
org.netbeans.cluster 
org.netbeans.api 
org.netbeans.modules 

All other groups are present for historical reasons and are synchronized outside ASF release workflow.
