lockProvider - a factory for Locks, uniquely identified by the name passed to LockFactory.createLock(String).

tokensStore - the repository for the tokens for the returned dancer.

expressionEvaluator - the object used to evaluate expressions.

Returns:

a builder for a client-credentials grant type dancer.
