Deprecated.
Use Hibernate Search 6's field annotations (GenericField, KeywordField, FullTextField, ...) and enable/disable indexing with @GenericField(searchable = Searchable.YES) instead.
Defines how an Field should be indexed.

      Deprecated.
      Index the field value.
    • NO

      public static final Index NO
      Deprecated.
      Do not index the field value. This field can thus not be searched, but one can still access its contents provided it is stored.

      Returns:

    • valueOf

      public static Index valueOf(String name)

      Returns the enum constant of this type with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this type. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)
      Parameters:
      name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.
      Returns:
      the enum constant with the specified name
      Throws:
      IllegalArgumentException - if this enum type has no constant with the specified name
      NullPointerException - if the argument is null
