Synchronously lookup rows matching the lookup keys.

Please note that the returning collection of RowData shouldn't be reused across invocations.

Parameters:

keyRow - - A RowData that wraps lookup keys.

Returns:

A collection of all matching rows in the lookup table.

Throws:

IOException
